We are so proud of the work we do and we are thankful for the generous support of our volunteers, partners, and donors.
Financial Support
Ladder Up leverages more than $1 million in donated services, space, and goods each year to maximize returns for its clients, partners, and donors. Ladder Up’s 1,000+ volunteers constitute one of the largest volunteer workforces in the Midwest and partnering companies represent various sectors, including accounting, audit, banking, consulting, and law. By utilizing the donated service of its volunteers, along with donated office space, legal counsel, service locations, and software, Ladder Up returns an estimated $30 in benefits to clients for every $1 invested in the organization.

Sponsorship of the Annual Casino Night & Silent Auction Event
Ladder Up’s Associates Board will host the Fourteenth Annual Casino Night & Silent Auction on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at the Chicago Cultural Center. As the organization’s largest event, Casino Night draws in over 200 guests each year to enjoy charitable gaming, food, drinks, music, raffles, and a silent auction.
Companies and organizations interested in event sponsorship can review the Ladder Up Casino Night 2022 Sponsorship Packet.
The Associates Board is also seeking donated items for the silent auction and in-kind gifts for the event such as food or beverages. To donate an item to the silent auction, click here. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation to the event, please contact Aneta Pietraszek, at apietraszek@goladderup.org.
Supporting Tax-A-Thon
February is our busiest month for tax preparation and we provide opportunities for volunteers and partners to help us make the most of it.
Individuals and companies can join a group of donors that have pledged to make a contribution for every volunteer session completed during the month of February. Recognition opportunities may be available for corporate donors.
Corporate donors can also make a pledge to underwrite every session completed by one of their employees. Individual volunteers can also reach out to their networks requesting pledges for every volunteer session they attend in February, just as one would solicit support for a walk-a-thon.
Customized support opportunities may also be available. For more information, please contact Aneta Pietraszek, at apietraszek@goladderup.org.
