Ladder Up leverages more than $4 million in donated services, space, and goods to maximize returns for its clients, partners, and donors. Ladder Up’s 350+ volunteers constitute one of the largest volunteer workforces in the Midwest and partnering companies represent various sectors, including accounting, audit, banking, consulting and law. By utilizing the donated service of its volunteers, along with donated office space, legal counsel, service locations, and software, Ladder Up returns an estimated $30 in benefits to clients for every $1 invested in the organization.
Donors in the Gold Circle ($5,000) and above are featured in the inside cover of the organization’s tax training manual. All donors are included in Ladder Up’s annual report and listed on the Ladder Up website.
